  Log into your account, and click on “deposit” at the bottom of your wallet, then select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit. Click to copy your SOYACOIN wallet deposit address and paste it in the address field on the platform you want to withdraw the cryptocurrency.

• Requesting BTC/SOY/ETH withdrawal
  Log into your account, and click “withdraw” at the bottom of your wallet, then select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw. Next, enter the recipient’s address. Enter the withdrawal amount and you will be able to see the respective transaction fee, as well as the final amount you will receive. Click on “Withdraw” to proceed.
  Important: Your KYC must be complete to request withdrawals.

  Access the platform history by selecting the type of operation you want to check.

• How to generate a receipt invoice?
  Log in to your account, click on “receive”, fill in the invoice description field and the amount you want to receive. Check the amount and proceed to the “generate invoice” button. Afterwards, copy the code for sharing, use the shortcut for WhatsApp available on the right side or even read QRCode.

• How to export transaction history?
  Access your profile and download the available PDF with all the information.

• Invoice payment
  Pay the invoice generated within SOYACOIN, using the “pay” button, then paste the payment request code or use the camera to scan the available QR Code, check the data and finalize the payment.

• How to buy SOY currency?
  After entering the platform with Ethereum or Bitcoin, you will sell the asset to buy the SOY token.

• Transaction fees:
  Fees are fixed and vary with each transaction.
   – Buy/sell fee, token exchange is 0.2%
   – Withdrawal fee of $10.00.
